About us
Our writers have been shooting for years. It all started with that first trip to the range and we were hooked. Since that time, we’ve made it a point to learn as much about firearms and accessories as possible. Some would call it a hobby, and others, an addiction. It’s in our blood.
Over the past few years, we’ve really jumped on the red dot train. In fact, almost all of the firearms that we shoot today are equipped with them. That includes handguns, rifles, shotguns and pistol caliber carbines. We’ve tested everything from top-of-the-line optics, all the way down to the $30 no-name optics. We know what to look for, and surprisingly, it’s not always the most expensive red dot.
It has become our mission to pass our findings over to you, our visitors. We know how painful the research process can be when there are so many options to choose from. It’s a great feeling to be able to take years of testing, research and polling of the firearms community and put it all out there for the benefit of everyone.
